They are currently on tour to promote their first full length album titled ‘2012.’

Local Twin Cities Singer/songwriter and solo artist Joe Kelly has been performing live music in restaurants, cafes, bars, and other events and venues for six years. His second EP is in development this summer. Kelly’s band also competed in Battle of the Bands at the University of Minnesota.

Jake’s third release, One Horse Town, parades his growth as a rising songwriter and musician. Recorded over St. Patrick’s Day weekend 2018, each song on the EP was live tracked, without headphones or a metronome, to foster an organic sound that captures the raw energy and authenticity of a live performance. Drawing inspiration from John Prine, Willie Nelson, Sturgill Simpson, and Jason Isbell, Jake blends the stylings of Americana, Country, Rock and Roll, and Blues, forging a sonic print that is distinctly unique and yet immediately familiar.

Ice Palace

Ice Palace is the critically-acclaimed musical project of songwriter Adam Sorensen. The band has released three albums with a constantly shifting and evolving sound from frenetic indie rock, lush balladry, toe-tapping folk, and (a new music description) existential rock. A writer for the local Onion paper described the band this way – “The group’s bipolar folk-rock hints at what Nirvana might have been if Kurt Cobain had had the chance to grow out of his angst and settle into his mid-thirties.” They are releasing a new EP of songs summer of 2019.

Hailing from Minneapolis, MN, The Violet Nines are a vibrant outfit with alternative rock sounds fused with funk, pop, and R&B. Known for their live shows and multi-fronted approach (imagine something like if Foster the People had a female co-lead), the band has created notoriety performing across the bold north. The Violet Nines released their Cloud 9 EP this spring, expanding on their elaborate brand of music. Cloud 9 is the culmination of dream-state vibes, prominent rhythmic beats, and emotive melodies. Jason Edward is a product of the Driftless region and is based out of the Winona, MN area. Stepping into the spotlight, he shares a collection of original songs that have been drawing attention and appealing to new and old fans alike. Edward has been an active participant in the Rochester MN Songwriters group, and performed at a wide range of events, including the 2019 Big Turn Music Festival in Red Wing. His original songs have the ability to stick in your head with catchy melodies and blending harmonies with acoustic / clean electric guitar and mandolin.

Syvers are an indie folk-electronic duo from Minneapolis. The husband-wife fronted project weave vocal textures of The Civil Wars and The xx with the hazy atmosphere of S. Carey and Julien Baker. The threads of samples and droning backdrops fade in a murky sunset holding back the taste of a storm.
